These terms govern your use of shopfairheart.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Fairheart is an Irish-based retailer of pre-owned streetwear.
All items are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. We describe the condition of each item honestly using our grading system (S, A, B). Photos are taken of the actual item you will receive. Minor imperfections consistent with the listed grade are not grounds for a return.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example if an item is found to be more damaged than listed, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.
All prices on shopfairheart.com are set in Euro (€). Where the site displays prices in other currencies (GBP, USD), these are indicative estimates based on approximate exchange rates and are provided for convenience only. The amount charged at checkout will always be in Euro at the Euro price shown. Your bank or card provider may apply their own conversion rate and fees if your account is in a different currency.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Delivery is estimated at 2–3 working days via An Post or equivalent. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier once the item has been dispatched.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: you have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
All pre-owned items listed on Fairheart are verified by us before listing. We only sell pieces we are confident are genuine.
Some items on the site are reworked pieces — garments made using authentic branded clothing as a base, which have then been modified, customised, or reconstructed to create a new piece. These are not products you can buy directly from the original brand. The branded garment used in the rework is real; the finished piece is an original creation built on top of it. Reworked items are always clearly identified as such in the listing. By purchasing a reworked piece, you acknowledge that it is a one-of-a-kind custom item and not an official product of the brand whose garment was used.
All content on this site — including photographs, copy, and branding — is owned by Fairheart. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Fairheart is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
