Under the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
Email us at hello@shopfairheart.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order reference and a brief reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn since receipt, with any original packaging. Items returned in a worse condition than sent may not be eligible for a full refund.
Unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If anything looks wrong — damage in transit, a fault not noted in the listing, or the wrong item entirely — contact us immediately at hello@shopfairheart.com with photos. The sooner you flag it, the faster we can sort it.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from how it was described or photographed, we will cover return postage and issue a full refund including original shipping costs. Please email us with photos within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
