Fairheart ("we", "us", "our") is a pre-owned streetwear retailer based in Ireland. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website at shopfairheart.com.
We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, and payment details when you place an order or sign up to our newsletter. We also collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via our hosting and analytics providers.
We use your data to process and fulfil orders, send order confirmations and dispatch notifications, send our weekly newsletter (only if you opted in), and improve the site. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
If you subscribed to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email and asking to be removed. We use your email solely to send drop announcements and occasional updates about Fairheart.
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases as defined by GDPR: performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), your consent (for newsletter sign-up), and our legitimate interests (to operate and improve the site). You may withdraw consent at any time.
We share your data only with the service providers necessary to operate Fairheart:
Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. See stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase, Inc. — our database and infrastructure provider. Order and account data is stored securely on their platform. See supabase.com/privacy.
We retain your order information for as long as required to fulfil the order and comply with our legal obligations (typically 6 years for financial records under Irish law). Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Under GDPR as enacted in Irish law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data at any time. You also have the right to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@shopfairheart.com and we will respond within 30 days.
