I started Fairheart because I was tired of the alternative.
Marketplace sites are flooded with fakes, lazy listings, and sellers who can't tell a real piece from a knock-off. Most resellers don't actually know the gear they're selling. I wanted to build something different — a shop that treats pre-owned streetwear like the real thing, because it is. I started Fairheart during my final exams period in college, (it probably cost me a minor academic & financial hit but I'd still do it again), but it's something that I really believe in.
Every piece on Fairheart is hand-picked. I source them myself — from sellers I trust, if I don't believe something is worth listing or I'm not 100% confident it's authentic, then it isn't listed.
New pieces are uploaded weekly. Sometimes 8 items, sometimes 15. It depends on what I've sourced that week. Subscribers get an hour's head start. Everything is 1-of-1 on the site so there's no guarantee I'll be able to find the exact same piece to list again.
Every piece is assessed before it lists. We use a three-tier grading scale — honest, consistent, and documented with photos. No surprises when it lands.
Unworn or worn once. No visible signs of use. Original tags may or may not be present. Packaging may vary. Exactly as you'd expect from a store.
Lightly worn with minimal signs of use. May have very slight fading from washing or light wear. No damage, no repairs. The kind of condition most people'd call "basically new".
Noticeably worn but well cared for. May show light fading, minor pilling, or small marks consistent with regular use. Any significant flaws are photographed and noted explicitly in the listing.
We buy pieces outright. Send us photos and details — if it fits the shop, we'll make an offer within 48 hours.
